Shipping Information
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days of purchase. Please note that during busy periods or promotions, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Delivery Times (after dispatch):
- UK Standard Delivery: 2-5 working days
- International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details. We know it happens, but if you notice after purchasing that your address is incorrect or something is missing, email us at muse-business@outlook.com straight away and please make sure your address is correctly written in this email.
