Refund policy

We want you to love your Muse Wax Melts, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day refund policy.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at muse-business@outlook.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used wax melts
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale/discounted items

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. To start a return, you can contact us at muse-business@outlook.com - Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 23 Sudbourne Road, Felixstowe, Suffolk, IP11 2YS, United Kingdom.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


Additional Notes

As all our wax melts are handmade, please allow for small variations in colour and appearance between batches—this is part of their unique charm!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at muse-business@outlook.com.
